Then congratulations because Chibi Maruko-Chan Quiz De Pihyara is exactly what you’ve been looking for. This is one of those times on The PC Engine Files where I have to put aside the language barrier and say this is a game that tried to do something different, tried to appeal to its intended audience, and likely succeeded in both respects.
