319 Music Group (also home to Cali Swag District) promising artist Young Keno drops a hip-hop anthem with "Real Nigga Society Remix." To join him on this cut, he recruits Roccett (Young Jeezy's CTE), bay area buzzing rappers Mr. Smith & Joe Moses, and I-20 from Ludacris' Disturbing Tha Peace imprint. Marleik can be heard on the hook.

So in the end Eminem and Jay-Z clean up at the Grammy Awards, and for a mind-blowing third time The Roots were nominated for Best Rap Album and did not win. IRONICALLY they did leave with two Grammy Awards though - Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance for "Hang On In There" and Best R&B Album for "Wake Up!" It's also worth noting that Cee-Lo Green earned a Grammy for Best Urban/Alternative Performance for the single "F*ck You!" Those who hope for more recognition for B.o.B, Drake or Big Boi will just have to content themselves with these words from a Geto Boy.
"I sold a lot of records and a lot of people KNOW ME!
Now where's my G*d damn trophy?!!" - Willie D (Geto Boys)
From Fieldwerk Recordings:
MP3: Void Pedal - "Looking Glass"
Here is "Looking Glass", the first single from Chicago producer Void Pedal's new instrumental CD/LP/DL, 'Omni Colour' and may be made available for free download.
Void Pedal has a new video for "Night-time Butterfly", also from 'Omni Colour', directed by Raymond Salvatore Harmon
On Omni-Colour, Chicago based producer Void Pedal offers a vast array of instrumentals ranging from the dark and atmospheric "Let It Fall" to upbeat party jams
"Looking Glass" and "Parachute". Omni-Colour combines a traditional hip hop approach of sampling drum breaks with well structured layers of accessible analog synthesizer riffs to create genre defying hip hop instrumentals with a pop sensibility.
