R.A. The Rugged Man may have a thriving independent career in 2013, but back in the 90s his outlandish behavior left him blackballed by the industry, with rumors flying about his out-of-control conduct. In a new interview with Backspin TV, R.A. confirms that one of those rumors is actually true. "In Long Island there were a lot of dirty girls," he explains. "They'd sleep with whoever I told them to. I used to bring them around to meetings.

It would be like 'Go sleep with my lawyer', or 'Go sleep with this hot producer, and I could get a beat maybe'...In the 90s I was known for that." Check out the interview above, where R.A. also speaks on U.S. gun laws, the guests on his new album Legends Never Die, and how hip-hop is becoming too politically correct. Legends Never Die is R.A.'s long-awaited new album, featuring appearances from the likes of Tech N9ne, Hopsin, Brother Ali, Krizz Kaliko, Talib Kweli, Vinnie Paz, Masta Ace, Sadat X, Eamon, and more. Now in stores everywhere.
