After months of anticipation, The Uncluded's debut album Hokey Fright is out now via Rhymesayers. The Uncluded are rapper Aesop Rock and singer-songwriter Kimya Dawson, and Hokey Fright is the duo's first collaboration album; all 16 tracks were written, performed, and recorded entirely by Aesop and Kimya, except for one guest drum appearance by James McNew of Yo La Tengo on "Delicate Cycle."

Apollo Brown is back it! His newest group with Verbal Kent and Red Pill dropped their first single today on NahRight. The track, "Graves", is a nasty blue collar joint that lyrically stares down the reality of living in a rigged system and having to grind day after day until you're six feet under. A heavy beat & poignant rhymes.

It's a Tribute to the White Girl Mob where Brooklyn's Dayo responds to comments made by V-Nasty regarding whether or not she lied about Dayo's paternity towards an pregnancy, and in fact whether or not she's ever even met him.

Hieroglyphics has been simmering for days with the scent of sonic sustenance emanating from that place where hip hop warms the heart and stimulates the mind. The Kitchen.

The Kitchen LP is an album that blends the ingredients of archival audio, new music and collaboration between turntablism, beat chopping and lyricism together to form an original authentic entree for your ears to devour and digest. For this special project Hiero has enlisted the skills and support of Sacramento based DJ and beat chopping crew The Sleeprockers. They bring the skills of master chefs dealing with quality ingredients to create a concoction of seamless yet eclectic flavors for the rare hip hop palate In the process, The Kitchen has come to embody a space for experimental collaboration that knows no limits or boundaries while maintaining a sense of respect for the tradition that these recipes come from.

Hieroglyphics and The Sleeprockers are cooking in The Kitchen. This should be encouraging to the hungry hip hop and Hieroglyphics fan because the time to eat is coming soon.

Get your plate, knife, fork and spoon ready for a July 16th release date.

Brockton's (MA) own Notoriety (Vydle Sinez x Incredible Chuck) returns with their latest offering, 'Well Rested,' produced entirely by GxWay, an EP designed for the true Hip-Hop purist. This duo has previously worked with underground lyricists such as Rapper Big Pooh (of Little Brother), Joe Scudda and Statik Selektah, as well as performed with the likes of Pac Div, Stalley and Wordsmith. Notoriety are bringing their own unique, personal, cohesive sound to this EP, that can only be delivered with the 'one group, one producer' concept, something the landscape of Hip-Hop has truly missed over the past few years.

Sandpeople's Goldini Bagwell was already a seasoned emcee with a long history of standout verses and tracks by the time he released Chainsmoke – his highly acclaimed but criminally slept-on solo debut. The album resonated with audiences all over the world thanks to Goldini’s carefully constructed narratives and producer Pmpee Beat’s intricate backdrops.

Goldini has teamed up with the Lahti, Finland-based producer once again on Secondhand Smoke - a two-part album consisting of the free X-Ray EP (available now) and the Extended Cut which will be in stores of the mostly internet variety later this year.

Secondhand Smoke (X-Ray EP) is a FREE, 7-song EP featuring Illmaculate, Al-One, Sleep, Serge Severe, IAME, DJ Spark, and DJ Delay. Produced entirely by Pmpee Beats.

Sharks in the Sky contains pure hip-hop head-nodders like “Dream Lab” and “The Living Dead”, quirky but hard hitting 8-bit-sounding beats like “Echelon” and “So Filthy”, and smooth joints like “Just”. Then there are tracks like “The Lives” and “Panoptic” that give off a triumphant indie/electro rock vibe, as Delay seems to toy with the effervescent boundaries of the genre.

Case begins winding up the videos for his most recent project "The Myndstate" with one of his most unique visuals yet. This track was produced by none other than 9th Wonder, and the video was again done by Devo Films.
