The Uncluded, featuring rapper Aesop Rock and folk singer/songwriter Kimya Dawson are releasing their debut album Hokey Fright May 7th on Rhymesayers. The band recently made a viral video for the album track "Scissorhands."

Straight off a nine-year stint in a Michigan State penitentiary, Detroit rapper Ice Water Mike presents the music video for "That's How I'm Getting Down", his new single produced by The Closers, The Wise Guys and Joe Boom. Since age 12 IWM has been in and out of prison, where fellow inmates gave him the nickname "Ice Water" (the coldest).

Lux Royale was born Percy Marzell Jones February 4th 1989, on the South Side of Chicago in the Stateway Gardens Projects on 35th and Federal , Lux used his love of hip hop to escape the street violence and drugs on the south side, in 2011 Lux and longtime friend Akeem Haywood formed a group together with producer and St.Louis native Larry Lamar called DearChi, the group released two mixtapes in 2011 and 2012, in July of 2012 DearChi released a successful single with another up and coming Chicago artist named BeBe O'Hare, in November of 2012 Lux made his film debut as the Character Goose in director/writer Jullian Gilliam's The All Amerikkkan, by December Lux was ready to be a solo artist, while still remaining with DearChi Lux started to record GOLD, a warm up project to set the stage for his official April release of The Royale.
