Don Streat is back to revive the hardcore with his second offering. !llmind provides a musical backdrop with a track that is filled with hard-hitting drums and organs that sound like you are at the climax of a horror flick, combine that with a couple of well known gun-slingers riding shotgun in Termanology and Lil' Fame (of M.O.P.). Along with precision cutting by DJ Grazzhoppa and you have the 'Rapper Shot (Remix)'.

Roddy Rod was one-third of the groundbreaking underground hip-hop collective Maspyke, who haven't released new material since 2005's Static on ABB Records.  In this new clip, Roddy discusses the likelihood of a Masyke reunion, as well as upcoming projects from his other crew, Low Budget (including new material from Kev Brown, Ken Starr, and Sean Born).  He also gives a little taste of his sampling skills, flipping a D'Angelo track into a brand new concoction.  Roddy's new deluxe 2-CD album Oakwood Grain I & II features 39 thumping instrumentals, plus a few choice vocal guests (including Finale, Muhsinah, Bilal Salaam, Wayna, and more).  It hits stores everywhere on March 13th, 2012.

“FAN to Friend” is filled with stories that will shock you, inspire you and leave you speechless. Fans who have quit their job to follow their favorite group on tour around the world. Fans who have purchased every piece of merchandise available from an artist. Fans who have tattooed their favorite group’s logo on their body before they ever even met that artist. Fans who have eventually become employed by their idols. Fans who have finally grown beyond the title of fan and become an actual friend. These stories are real and so are the friendships.
