"I Forgot To Be Your Lover," William Bell's 1968 soul classic has been newly recorded for The Man With The Iron Fists soundtrack album by The Revelations, the Brooklyn-based soul band fronted by vocalist Tre Williams. The Revelations, together for four years, have made a name for themselves as advocates of classic soul for the hip-hop generation. In addition to this record, The Revelations contributed their musicianship to the backing tracks of four other songs on the soundtrack album: "Black Out", "Built for This" (the album's first single), "The Archer" and "Six Directions of Boxing." The Revelations have collaborated extensively with RZA over the last four years. Together they produced two Wu-Tang compilation albums, "Chamber Music" in 2009 and "Legendary Weapons" in 2011.
I Don't Know Ya is the first single off of THE EMPTY THEATER, a project from one of North Carolina's best kept secrets; New Bern native Chedda Chapp. The project was produced primarily by Nerv Reck, best known as J Cole's mentor, who also serves as Chapp's manager. We welcome and appreciate any feedback.

Although Seattle's Dyme Def hasn't released new music since last December's full length release of Yuk The World, group members Fearce & BeanOne have been steadily dropping new material, which include their mixtape There Goes The Neighborhood, in addition to several leaks, as well as a hail of videos for their songs "Let It Be," "I Want It All," and "Bully," the latter of which shed's light on the international epidemic. For the duo's latest leak "That Aint Hip Hop???," Fearce challenges your right to judge what is or is not Hip-Hop over BeanOne's moving guitar loops and boom-bap percussion. This song has not been tied to any forthcoming projects, however you can rest assured that more material is underway.
