Queen's (New York) own Verse Essential returns with the follow up to his well received 'Ingenious' album, his latest offering, 'Freedom Is Mine' is a project for the purist. Having previously worked with underground mainstays such as Access Immortal, Jukstapose, Sadat X, Godilla, as well as sharing stages with Naughty By Nature, Vinnie Paz and Ill Bill. Verse Essential is bringing heads some of that authentic, nonconformist Hip-Hop, something the genre has been severely lacking of late.

He also shot & edited the video while I directed it myself. The video was world premiered by the good folks at The Tapedeck. "Icons" was your medicine. "Bad To The Bone" is your candy!

Track number 15 on ...one rifle per family. was produced by Karman, a high school youth who honed his skills as a student of Sessions LA - a youth and student workshop series that DJ Phatrick helped develop in the Historic Filipinotown district of Los Angeles. Karman has since found his own voice as an experimental Hip Hop producer with a very unique sound.

Benny has survived a life that most artists only rap about and he touches on that in our latest video release, "One Life To Live". The song features production by Benny, myself, Juan Maserati, and John Ortiz and was directed by Benny also. Check it out and if your feeling it we'd love to see it posted. So on March 15th, 2011, myself (Cee), Notion and Bekah (as The Movement Fam at the time) filmed our first music video for the tune 'Ain't No Mountain', from Cee & Bekah's 'The Soul Movement Originals' album. After constant setbacks and delays, last year I managed to retrieve the footage from the cameraman, and this year I finally found an editor to put it all together for us.
