Current Project: J Coop – Do I Stand Out mix tape series: Tape 1 This is JCoop’s first single from his upcoming Mix Tape series Do I Stand Out that will feature 4 mini mix tapes with approximately 5 tracks each. Each tape will focus on a different subject matter and have a different production style.
Biography: J-Coop, grew up loving hip hop music and idolizing the genres big names. At his home in Toronto he originally started crafting beats, writing for others and acquired an extensive network of creative friends. JCoop has always had a passion for creating his own music, but other projects such as; raising a family, starting a clothing called Peanut Butter & Jelly, writing for other artists projects, and staring in a YouTube series titled KingDom have given JCoop little time to focus on his own career as a musician. Until now. With his strong network of friends behind him, JCoop is set to release a series of mix tapes. With some dope original production, accompanied by strong visuals, JCoop is ready to step out from behind the scenes, showing his defined sense of style and his own unique lyrical prowess.
Comparable to such Texas rap stars as Kirko Bangz, Devin The Dude, and Paul Wall (and equally influenced by the West Coast sound as the Dirty South sound), Cory Kendrix proves with his new mixtape “Free Beer” (mixed by DJ Wes Sanders of the Dynamic Duo) that he’s going to be a force for years to come! Cory is an Oregon-born, Austin-raised young emcee/songwriter/producer who continues to blaze trails in the hiphop community. LNS member Kydd is heavily featured on the tape, which is a crowd-pleasing mix of hiphop and R&B that fully displays the LNS Crew’s musical versatility. Having recently dropped several singles featuring Rittz of Slumerican fame ("I'm Gowne") as well as the ATX hiphop institution LOEGz ("Wake n Bake"), Cory is currently working on his new mixtape "Trill Clinton" that will be sure to make waves in the Austin urban music scene!

Video: Aesop The Don "This Life" f/ Marcus Eldridge
Aesop The Don makes music to tell a story, of a young man, coming to a new world, a new culture and language, and making a name for himself. Aesop The Don looks at hip hop as an art, and every word is poetry. Having gone to high school in the Bahamas, his influences range far and wide; from reggae artists such as Damian Marley, Gyptian, Jah cure, to African artists like Fally Ipupa, and hip hop legends such as Nas, Jay Electronica, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, and the modern Kanye West.
Clov is currently at a new path with his career, which he plans to take full advantage of. With the release of his new track featuring Big Osh titled "Young Kings", it is believed you will see the growth in his music and his lyrics.
I wrote this song coming from a time when music meant much. Hearing this song takes me back to a special place where i hold sentimental value. Rest in Peace Aaliyah. You will always have a place in our hearts. And through your music. You live forever.
