Chuck D of Public Enemy interviews BURNTmd @HipHopGods Tour in Aspen, CO
I was informed the other day that Mr Chuck D of Public Enemy invited me out to Aspen, CO to start the show off for the Hip Hop Gods tour ft Public Enemy, Monie Love, X Clan, Schooly D, Wise Intelligent of PRT, Davey D, Sons of Bezerk, Johnny Juice, and Leaders of The New Schools Dinco.
Took me 7 hours to drive 3, crashed into the side of a snowy mountain, got stuck, yet still managed to make it to Aspen just in time to be treated to a nice dinner with the tour (btw being in a nice restaurant with Flava Flav is hilarious). Obviously I ordered the Osso Bucco that LBC salvaged for me cuz Chuck, Johnny, and I had to get over to the venue to start the show.
This video is a piece of the aftermath from my performance, filmed by HipHopGodsMedia at Belly Up in Aspen, Colorado last night.

Audio: Little Vic - "The Squeeze" (prod. DJ Supa Dave)

Little Vic viciously tears through a banger provided by Supa Dave. He felt he needed to drop a braggadocio, murderous track for his fans... here it is. This track was originally created for a project with DCM, but I commandeered it & decided to leak it. Shout to my dude Peter Leo who amped me up during the session, and joined me on the hook. Shout to Menza who brought me the beat, and was present during the original & final sessions. Produced & Mixed by Supa Dave.
Armenia is a small country of fewer than four million people sitting in the south caucus region of Asia and landlocked between Turkey, Azerbadjian, Georgia, and Iran. You should know this because Los Angeles is in fact home to one of the largest Armenian immigrant enclaves in the world. Celebrities Serj Tankian and Kim Kardashian (who both grew up in Los Angeles) have each made a powerful impact on their respective fields of alternative music and reality television, introducing disparate and unique takes on Armenian identity into American pop culture. And now, with lyrical prowess and melodious flow, Los Angeles-born, overtly-Armenian rapper R-Mean is bringing word of his mountainous ancestral republic to one of our biggest cultural expressions of all: hip-hop.
In Early 2013, R-Mean is dropping his most ambitious project to date, 7 Deadly Sins, on Pentagon Records; and he follows up his explosive first single "Lost Angels" f/ Game with “Talkin To You” f/ Joe Budden which is produced by the legendary King Tech.
