Who was ILL DOOTS? The search revealed a squad of multidisciplinary artists with a shared passion and drive to work hard to spread their music. Four-years later and with graduation on the horizon, the Doots are really falling into a musical stride, and as a result the buzz has been growing everyday. The group has had such a quick rise from dorm room mixtapes to east coast tours and international radio plays. All of this is on account of their work ethic and inexhaustible drive to succeed and be heard. "We don't wish on stars, we transform into them."

DJ Vlad: Swizz Beatz revealed his past experiences attending numerous rap battles that Cassidy would participate in. He stated the he would actually go with Cassidy to local projects in many different areas and battle with the top spitter of that particular block. Swizz compared battling for Cassidy to touring, since he was always facing off against other MC's. Swizz then shed light on his own past growing up as a freestyle battle rapper before he even got into DJ'ing or producing music.
