Sandpeople's 4/20 celebration has started early. Today OnlyOne released the 2nd installment of his collaborative project with Northern Cali-based producer Furtado Yuen (the first is available here). Vol. 2 is a brief but potent dose of OnlyOne's raw delivery over Yuen's soulful, hard-driving beats. The album is available for free (or more with the "name your own price" option) on OnlyOne's bandcamp page.

Fans of rapper Ntim, formally known as Kapusta, have another reason to party. Kapusta has officially released a hot dance single Koto Mo Shi.The star has kept fans on edge after his rebranding, when he revealed that he’s finished recording with award winner producer Kaywa.

April 19th marks the three-year anniversary of the passing of Guru and this track, “G.U.R.U.” f/ Talib Kweli & DJ Premier is dedicated to his memory and a celebration of his life, legacy and all of the vast accomplishments and great music he and DJ Premier gave us. “G.U.R.U.” also serves as the lead-single from Marco Polo’s forthcoming LP, PA2: The Director’s Cut, which will be released in July 2013 on SoulSpazm Records.

Up and coming Chicago producers, Odd Couple have pretty busy over the past few months working with the likes of Sasha Go Hard, Chance the Rapper, XV, and their most recent drop 'Thug Angel' by Alex Wiley. Today they drop 'Pink Champale' a Chi Town banger featuring some of the cities brightest including King L, Mikey Dollaz, Big Colour, as well as drops from DJ Victoriouz. All who are all currently contributing factors to the Drill music that's making the Chicago Hip Hop scene favorited through out the nation. The track also serves as a memoriam to Pink Champale, a tasty beverage that once was. Be on the lookout for Odd Couple's new beat tape 'Odd Couple Beat Tape Vol.1' Which is set to be released in the next month.
