Courtesy ArtistPR Music News Wire.

A.B.G is a hip-hop artist. He was born in Switzerland and raised in Detroit,Michigan since 6 months of age. He got the passion for music. Many times he told me that music is his life and that's all he wants to do.

He has been making music since he only was 9 years old and been recording music for the last 4 years. He finished 2 mix tapes. One of them: "#1 Draft Pick" was released last year. The second one got caught up with recording his first album, which he finished and is about to be published.

The hit single featuring Marz Daniels, "Turn it Up" was released in the middle of July and according to a sound out report has an excellent production and an excellent melody. It's a song with a great potential and the song will make you fall in love with the melody, touching lyrics that will make you want to turn the volume up since the beginning. http://www.jango.com/music/A+B+G?l=0 .

Metermaids, Sage Francis Tag Along For Second Take On Scroobius' Latest

The Song:

Early this month, Brooklyn duo Metermaids released their sophomore LP, Rooftop Shake. The album, including production from 9th Wonder along with features from 9th, Sage Francis, and Buck 65, was the duo's first release through Sage Francis' Strange Famous Records, and in the spirit of keeping things in the (new) family, rappers Sentence and Swell, along with Sage and Cecil Otter, are now joining fellow SFR artist Scroobius Pip for a second take on his latest single with the "Let 'Em Come (Redux)."

The redux, on which Cecil Otter also handles production duties, takes on a more somber tone that Pip's original, opting for ambient guitars and keyboard rolls rather than gritty bass lines and heavy drums. For their verse, Metermaids trade bars back and forth for maximum effect, as they weave a mix of dark lyrics with lines like, "Save the strong, drown the rest/ Mama's got to make sure these mouths are fed/ When papa comes through, he's gonna pound some heads."
