Here is the new single "Way of Love (Never Out of Season)" by SoulBrotha aka SB from his upcoming Southpaw EP, slated for release on November 25, 2011.

Currently residing in
Houston, Texas, SB is originally from Nigeria, and stands proud and strong in his heritage, personal ethics and artistic values. You can learn more about his passion for music in the video below!

Southpaw features production by BroadNMarket of The Accomplices and New Jersey's Joe AndriulliThe sound of Southpaw is a fusion of Hip Hop, Indie Rock, R&B and Pop, inspired by British Indie Rock band The XX. As SB explains, his writing experience for Southpaw was drawn through raw emotion:
"I was going through some very trying times personally, emotionally and financially. It was a very dark time in my life, and the instrumentals, most of which were drawn from The XX's first album, provided the soundbed to vent, ponder and believe that this was only a passing phase and there was light at the end of the tunnel. I wanted to share my trials and struggles so that people in similar situations of hopelessness or despair could be encouraged, motivated and inspired to keep pushing no matter how hard it may seem."

More insight on Southpaw coming soon!

On "Classical Music", REL!G!ON reached out to his four favorite emcees - Ras Kass, Planet Asia, Jasiri X and Torae - and created a fictitious rap super group called the "Dangerous Alliance" based on the famous sports entertainment wrestling stable of the same name. "Hearing these four rappers together is a dream. When I was younger I would imagine rap superstar stables, guys that I thought would sound nice together. I do the same thing with wrestlers, it's very serious for me," says REL!G!ON.

Davinci, who regularly weaves hustling- and drug-filled narratives throughout his songs and verses, has never been one to shy away from detailing the ills that come from either, and "Paying For My Past," featuring Tenille and produced by Veterano, does just that, with bars that strike stark imagery for the listener. "The streets will mature you/ I'm sure you seen what happens if you would just take a taste/ Your teeth missing, now you're crater-faced," raps DaVinci. "This ain't just another place/ Kush blunts is probably laced with empty promises/ Liquor bottles is filled with honestness."
