Jarred Weisfeld filed a lawsuit against MACmillian Publishers and its affiliates on Tuesday (Feb. 24), accusing the parties of using anti-Semitic descriptions in their 2008 book "Digging For Dirt - The Life And Death Of ODB." The biography describes Weisfeld as a “grinning, shady-looking white guy” who “slinked onstage looking like he had just been bar mitzvahed," according to the lawsuit. The book also claims Weisfeld forced the rapper to film a reality show in his "dying days" and when on "the brink of suicide" - allegations Weisfeld claims link him to his former client's untimely death from a drug overdose in 2004. Weisfeld's lawsuit seeks $10 million for damages to his reputation in the music industry.
