There's a rumor going around the internet now that Drake was originally on "Run This Town" but was cut because his performance outshined Jay's. That's actually not hard to believe because Kanye outshines Jay too and merks the beat he and No I.D. produced. "It's crazy how you can go from being Joe Blow/to everybody on your dick - no homo/I bought my whole family whips, no fo'-fo's/Next time I'm in church, please no photos." Rihanna neither adds nor subtracts from this equation - she does a fine job singing the hook but hips CAN lie when you can't see them through your headphones and she's just Anonymous Chorus Chick #23. "Death of Autotune" was a much better leak for Jay musically, lyrically AND in terms of establishing his dominance before his September return. This song could have been labelled "Kanye West featuring Jay-Z" and would've had the same if not MORE impact.
