For Immediate Release

Australian hip-hop heavyweights, Bliss n Eso, are set to bring their highly acclaimed live show to the US for the first time on tour with Swollen Members, Big B, and Common Market. The group will hit US shores for their first show on American soil starting October 20th in San Luis Obispo, CA, and will be touring into November.

The past year has seen Bliss n Eso propel themselves from underground superstars into the biggest hip-hop act to emerge on the Australian scene. With the release of the group’s third full-length LP, “Flying Colours”, Bliss n Eso landed the highest selling Australian hip-hop album of 2008, and won the ARIA Award (Australian GRAMMY equivalent) for the year's “Best Urban Release”. The group became only the second hip-hop group to achieve Gold sales status in their homeland. Their success continued into 2009 as Bliss n Eso had the song “Field Of Dreams” featured on EA's record-breaking “Fight Night Round 4” video game, and the group’s tour broke several box office records. The album’s immense success saw word spread internationally through the internet as the group began to harvest a cult following around the world. Currently, Bliss N Eso’s “Flying Colours” still sits in the Australian music charts 71 weeks after its release.

Now American audiences will get the chance to check out why Bliss n Eso have been hailed as one of the most electrifying live acts in Australian music history. Bliss N Eso's new video for "The Sea IS Rising" featuring John Butler Trio can be viewed online at .
