JR SWIFT is a young producer hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina via Virginia Beach, Virginia. Music is his life considering his father Jay Swift has worked with many underground Hip Hop acts including Kool G Rap, Papoose, Canibus, and Awon to name a few. JR provides a soulful throwback to a more playful era in music finding inspiration in Neo Soul Music, Jazz, and R&B. Most notably he channels the late J Dilla, Madlib, Q-Tip, and Flying Lotus to create this remarkable instrumental Soul & Party Beat Tape. It is the type of listen you can throw on and not skip one track because everything has such a cohesive groove.
