In Flipsyde’s never-ending quest to be more than just music, Piper, who is also an Actor and Screenwriter, paid his own way through a Bay Area police academy in 2010. Seven months later he had graduated at the top and found himself giving the commencement speech. Shortly thereafter, Piper penned a one-man-play entitled Cops & Robbers in which he plays twelve different characters. Piper describes Cops and Robbers as, “A revolutionary look at the relationship between Law Enforcement, the Media and the Black community.” Read 169 times:: |
