Happy New Year From Random a/k/a @MegaRan Posted by Steve Juon at Wednesday, January 2nd, 2013 at 4:30PM :: Email this article :: Print this article Happy New Year From Random a/k/a Mega Ran Happy New Year to all you party people. 2012 was amazing, as i ran down in this blog: http://megaran.com/2012/12/2012-the-year-in-random/ but, i have some new music for you so let's get to that: My first track of the new year is "The Beat Goes On," a smooth track featuring and produced by BeNeVoLeNcE. It samples Chrono Trigger and contains an Easter Egg; the name of my new EP which is launching at the end of January. Find it and email me and I'll send you some goodies. Before the EP release, I'll be releasing a collection of 8 tracks that were done for the Kickstarter backers in conjunction with a pretty big video game site. So be on the lookout for that soon. East Coasters; ill be in the DC area for MAGFest, the biggest video game music festival... Well, period. I'm performing this Thursday at 7p with K-Murdock. More info at http://magfest.org/ .
