From Jullo Trejo: Pitbull Kicks Off Highly Anticipated Tour "MR. WORLDWIDE'S CARNAVAL" WILL CONTINUE TO AMAZE WITH UPCOMING DATES
LOS ANGELES (June 2, 2010)... Global sensation Pitbull was busy over Memorial Day weekend setting cities like San Diego (May 27), Los Angeles (May 28), San Francisco (May 29) and Las Vegas (May 30) on fire with an electrifying stage show on his "Mr. Worldwide's Carnaval" tour in association with top promoter, AEG Live.
The first dates include kick-off shows at the San Diego Sports Arena in San Diego, San Francisco's Warfield and sellouts at Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre L.A. Live and Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay. Performances were filled with the lights and sounds of a true carnaval as "Mr. 305" brought the house down with his swagger and various show stopping surprises, including choreographed light-wielding performers on stilts, stunning sexy-costumed dancers and Pit's amazing live band and DJ keeping the crowd hyped and dancing in the aisles.
It was only a year ago in Los Angeles at his sold out show at Club Nokia, across the LA Live Plaza, where Pitbull laid down the foundation for the "Mr. Worldwide's Carnaval" tour. The performance turned out to be a foreshadowing of the sellout at the much larger Nokia Theatre on May 28 with his performance to a jam packed house of over 4000 people. Not since its opening has the Nokia Theatre hosted such a dazzling evening filled with excitement, sexiness and sabor! This is truly a spectacular way to start Pitbull's first ever US Tour...and it's just the beginning.
