MySpace "Step Up 3D" Soundtrack Party w/ Flo Rida

MySpace Music will present "The Release" of the STEP UP 3D soundtrack on July 27th in Los Angeles featuring performances by Flo Rida and the New Boyz, the same day MySpace will host block party screenings of the film nationwide in 20 cities. "The Release" event will also feature cast members, live dance crew performances and will stream live at http://www.myspace.com/stepupmovie, powered by Ustream. STEP UP 3D will hit theaters on August 6th. The soundtrack arrives in stores and at all online retailers on July 27, 2010.

About Step Up 3D

New York's intense street dancing underground comes alive in eye-popping Digital 3D in the third installment of the "Step Up" franchise as the raw, passion-fueled culture goes global. A tight-knit group of street dancers, including Luke (Rick Malambri) and Natalie (Sharni Vinson), team up with NYU freshman Moose (Adam Sevani), and find themselves pitted against the world's best hip-hop dancers in a high-stakes showdown that will change their lives forever.

As the first-ever 3D dance drama, "Step Up 3D" is the first film of its kind to actually be shot in 3D-a rising technical phenomenon that thus far has been reserved for high-concept, big-budget films.
