Kottonmouth Kings' Dirtball Debuts On Billboard Rap Chart At #23

Without the aid of mainstream press or radio, the Kottonmouth Kings' own Dirtball registered a monstrous first week of sales for his new solo album "Nervous System". Dirtball's new studio album debuted at #23 on the Billboard rap chart and #47 on the independent albums charts to give him his biggest first week of sales as a solo artist.

“After working so hard for so many years to reach musical goals, this is definitely an accomplishment for me,” commented Dirtball. “Hitting the charts for any artist is always a big deal and a huge honor. “Having my album recognized by Billboard is very empowering and I’m celebrating hitting #23 on the rap chart by doing 23 shots of Jameson! It's a new year, a new time for rap music and I am stoked to be pushed up into these realms of rap!”

The Kottonmouth Kings’ own Dirtball is asking fans to join him on a journey through the complex, twisted psyche of his mind on his new solo album “Nervous System”. The album plays out like a twisted audio sequel to "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas", as Dirtball uses his machinegun delivery to attack a collection of banging West Coast beats with monstrous results. Dirtball is joined on the album by Psychopathic Records’ Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Big B, and Kottonmouth Kings’ alumni Johnny Richter and Daddy X. Dirtball's video for the song "I Came To Party" can be viewed online at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ZIsNoFhhtE .

Dirtball will be appearing on House of Pain's upcoming “He Who Breaks The Law” reunion tour alongside Big B and Sozay throughout March and April.
