In recognition of Earth Day, 2011, Code of Arms Records is proud to present Dubstep For Earth. This full length album is a compilation featuring over a dozen conscious electronic musicians from across the globe who have generously donated their songs and royalties to the cause of saving the planet we all call home. Styles range from deep to dark to funky to hard. 100% of the profits from Dubstep For Earth will go directly towards Earth Day Networks’ efforts to improve damaged ecosystems and reduce carbon in the earth’s atmosphere. This includes missions to plant native trees all over the world in areas such as Brazil, Mexico, the Carribbean and the U.S. Visithttp://www.earthday.org for more info on their projects including the Billion Acts of Green campaign which you can participate in by entering your purchase, or your promotion of this release as an act of green.

Having witnessed the Gulf Oil Spill last year, the nuclear pollution in Japan this year and the ongoing reluctance of governments and corporations to make significant steps towards a brighter future, its clear that a strong unified effort among individuals is long overdue. We are reaching out to the global bass community and beyond, asking you all to join us in our purpose.

Available on Earth Day, April 22nd, 2011 on Beatport, iTunes, Juno and other fine digital retailers. The full compilation, individual tracks as well as a Sampler Mix can all be purchased. Spread the word!
