Free Music Friday: Rapture's Delight Edition

If the world is designated to end and this will be the last FMF ever, at least you'll have some dope free music to go out to. And if the world doesn't end as it supposedly should (sounds familiar, huh?), you'll still have the free music to keep for the rest of your days.

Elzhi :: ELmatic

This isn't your regular "I'm gonna rap over Nas instrumentals and call it a mixtape" mixtape. Elzhi, along with the dope musical instruments provided by Will Sessions, took the classic debut and REMADE the beats from scratch which fully contains the hip-hop essence of Illmatic. I'll go as far as saying that this is indeed CLASSIC, because their own version doesn't merely copy Nas's style, it enhances it.

Fiend :: Life Behind Limo Glass

Life Behind Limo Glass

Yes, THAT Fiend formerly from No Limit Records. He has been producing hits for Curren$y and Lil Wayne alike, yet he shows that he still gets his shine on with solo offerings such as this one. If you always loved Fiend's music or need to catch up on Fiend then this one's for y'all as he sees life behind limo glass.

Focus... :: Music of the Misinterpreted

If you haven't heard the music of Focus... then YOU'RE SLEEPING! I think I might've said that before with all of the OTHER free music he has released that we keep in the FMF archives. Yet Focus... gives away MORE free music for everyone to rock to and trust like the other ones, this one DOESN'T fall short. Download it now or forever hold your mouse click-less peace.

Lil' B :: Bitch Mob: Respect Da Bitch Vol. 1

Lil B

Folks who are waiting for his "I'm Gay" album (that's a real title...allegedly), here's "Bitch Mob" to hold y'all over. BTW, his cover pays a Pen & Pixel-style homage to the Vibe 1995 cover with Death Row that includes Suge, Pac, Snoop, and Dre, except all of the heads on this cover is B.

yU :: Before Taxes

For a limited time, yU is releasing his debut album "Before Taxes" for FREE download. And I suggest you HIGHLY take advantage of this free record. Inf act he rhymes, "Take advantage is a motto that I live by," WHILE I'm typing this. You can also buy if you feel the record is dope enough.

That's it for the "Rapture's Delight" Edition of "Free Music Fridays." If you have any free music you would like to share with the world, please e-mail me at If you're an artist with your free mixtape/album shown on this page and you want to send me a link re-up, corrections, and/or questions, e-mail me at, as well. Thanks for reading and enjoy y'all! Two fangas, one love..
