The critical praise for A.Dd+'s When Pigs Fly speaks volumes, with outlets like the Dallas Observer calling it "Nothing short of a classic" and "The best rap album that Dallas has ever seen, front to back." The months passed since the album's March release have only helped to solidify the quality and replay value of Dallas duo's debut, and now, as a friendly reminder to those who may have forgotten just how good the album is - or for those still a little late to the party - Slim Gravy and Paris Pershun are releasing the video for "Under," one of the more solemn tracks from When Pigs Fly.
"With the video for 'Under' we wanted to push the envelope of creativity," explain the duo, who enlisted director Israel 'Izzy' Isas to shoot the visual. "We were able to show an inner conflict, a conflict with self, and the cause and effects of what we choose to do in our everyday life." Dustin Cavazos, who opens the song with a poignant verse that speaks to sidetracked aspirations, joins in the video, before Paris and Slim close out the song, each building atop producer Picnic Tyme's melancholy, piano-driven beat, which samples Little Dragon's "Twice."
