After releasing The REBEL EP earlier this year, Full |REBEL| Jacket have stayed plenty busy, popping up on local Phoenix radio, releasing a string of videos, and more, and now, with new visuals on the way, and a new EP planned for early 2013, the duo is releasing the latest single from The REBEL EP, "G.R.I.T.S." The REBEL EP, throughout, features some strong names (Big Rube, BJ The Chicago Kid, Nikkiya), and "G.R.I.T.S." continues that tradition, with a guest verse from Houston mainstay Chalie Boy.

As you may or may not know, in 2010, somebody stole all my music from me, out of the back of a black Mercedes-Benz when I was in Cologne, Germany. Initially I put up a reward of $20,000, a reward of $20,000 to get my backpack back. And when it never returned, I upped the reward to a million dollars, because that music was absolutely everything to me, it was everything, it was my life, it was everything.

Christian Blaizer - All I Want ft Redman, K Koke, Eric Sermon, Metis

Late last year, Blue Rain emcee Christian Blaizer passed away after losing a battle with cancer. At the time of his death, the Highgate, London native was hard at work on a debut album 'The Oath', which his friend and collaborator Paul “Blue Rain” Yomi, promised to finish and release after his death. Here is the first release off the posthumous album titled 'All I Want'. Produced by Yomi along with Redskull Beats, the record finds Blaizer trading ambitious, boastful bars with Erick Sermon, Redman, Metis and K. Koke.

While some glorify the violence that plagues the city and others hail Toronto as a tourist-friendly destination, FenaxiZ instead offers a metropolis of "students, hustlers, everyday citizens, hard-working immigrants tryna earn dividends" as he guides his audience through areas such as Kensington Market, the Financial district, St. Jamestown, and Rosedale. He finally concludes after seeing "the good, the bad, the beauty, the ugly," that "it is what it is and this the real Toronto."

In 1996, New Orleans rapper Ricky B released the bounce classic "Shake Fa Ya Hood." 16 years later, Ricky has teamed up with New Orleanian producer/deejay Quickie Mart to present the Wylie Whitesides-directed music video for "Hood"'s official dubstep remix. Quickie Mart's "Hood" remix appears on the Space Monkey Radio EP, a collection of artist-approved dubstep remixes of songs also including rapper Freddie Gibbs, California ska-funk outfit Slightly Stoopid and singers Shyvonne and Justina.
