PC Engine games are often relatively cheap in Japan and stupidly expensive if they got released in North America. Be Ball a/k/a Chew Man Fu is a case in point — you can get this game for $8-30 if you decided to import it, but if you bought it in North America you’re looking at anywhere from $45-$85 loose and over $100 CIB.

It’s a decent little puzzle game where you have to maneuver colored balls onto their corresponding pads while avoiding or crushing the enemies (by kicking the ball into them), but it’s relatively easy and you can lose interest quickly. Is that something you really want to spend $40-$100 on? I don’t think so but if you like what you see here go for an import copy. Subscribe to Mistah MegaManFan for more PC Engine files every Tuesday!
