This is a Koei game made for the Sega Mega Drive in Japan that despite its title has nothing to do with “managing air” whatsoever. Instead you and three rivals (computer or human) are competing to have the dominant firm in the airspace industry, controlling the most airplane routes, offering the most on-time flights, making the most money that you can until you squeeze your competitors out of business.
Basically you have to imagine that you are Southwest or Delta or Frontier, etc. etc. and THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE by the time the game’s set of turns is done.
