Steve 'Flash' JuonToday on Genesis Does we’re looking at Aworg: Hero in the Sky. This game never received a physical cartridge release (don’t let those eBay auctions fool you), instead being a MegaNet modem download for users of Sega’s service in Japan. Eventually it came out as a Sega CD release on MegaNet Volume 2, but that’s as close to a tangible copy as you’ll ever get.
The game has stylistic similarities to H.E.R.O., Solar Jetman, Lunar Lander and the like. It’s a simple game but it’s one with enough challenge and fun that I honestly think you should find a copy and give it a try!
