Steve 'Flash' JuonSpace Invaders Through the Ages continues with the Atari 5200 version from 1982! While this version offers some improvements over the Atari 2600 version, it also has some deficits that are hard to ignore. The aliens look really awful, the bases flash a rainbow of colors for no good reason, the entire first wave sweeps to the right instead of being on the screen at the very start, there are only three bases/shields instead of four (the same as 2600 though) and the tank at the bottom looks all wrong.
