Winston-Salem based rapper OG Spliff released a two-pack single last Friday consisting of “Son of Toga” and “Building.” Produced by Argov, both tracks clock in at under two minutes and are punctuated by Spliff’s southern deep-fried voice and syrupy slow flow. Both are sample-based productions with Spliff providing brief, but introspective rhymes atop:
